How to purchase Vallejo Ferry tickets
Vallejo Ferry tickets can be purchased via the following methods.
- Vallejo Ferry tickets are available to purchase at the Vallejo Ferry Terminal ticket office, Bay Crossings in the San Francisco Ferry Building, and Blue & Gold Fleet at San Francisco Pier 41.
- Vallejo Ticket Office: Located at 289 Mare Island Way inside the Vallejo Ferry Building, the ticket office is open Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM and Weekends and Holidays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For those customers who wish to purchase a monthly pass, the ticket office will open at 5:00 AM on the first and last two weekdays of each month, excluding holidays. Finally, for weekday night Giants games, the ticket office will extend their hours to 5:45 PM to accommodate customers taking the 5:45 PM Vallejo departure to the San Francisco Ferry Building.
- Mobile Phone via the Passage App (previously Hopthru): Passage, a mobile ticketing app for
Apple and
Android
devices, allows you to purchase your Vallejo Ferry tickets and passes via your mobile phone. Currently you can purchase one-way tickets for all ferry routes with the exception of Giants Ferry service.
- Onboard: Tickets may be purchased onboard the Vallejo Ferry. However, should you wish to purchase onboard, you will be held at the entrance of the ferry until a crew member is able to assist you, so it is recommended you purchase your tickets in advance via the other methods.
